Sherbourne Recycling Attends Neurodiversity Works in Coventry
This week, Sherbourne Recycling was proud to attend the Neurodiversity Works event at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum in Coventry.
The event brought together neurodivergent jobseekers, employers, training providers, support organisations, and DWP colleagues to promote inclusive employment opportunities and meaningful workplace conversations.
A particular highlight was reconnecting with several attendees who had previously taken part in the Stairway Programme, which Sherbourne Recycling has supported through our ongoing partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions and Coventry Jobcentre Plus. It was fantastic to hear about their progress and see the positive impact that employment support and partnership working can have.
We'd like to thank everyone involved in organising the event and look forward to continuing our work with local partners to create inclusive pathways into employment and support people in reaching their full potential.
