Structural changes see Sherbourne Recycling appoint two new Directors

24 April 2024 – Sherbourne Recycling Ltd has today announced the appointment of two new directors of the business, as part of a company restructure now its facility Sherbourne Resource Park is fully operational.

New Business Development Director, Layla Shannon, will oversee the continued growth of the business, while Greg Paradowski has become the company’s Technical and Operations Director, spearheading the delivery of Sherbourne’s performance targets associated with its state-of-the-art Materials Recycling Facility (MRF).

“As Sherbourne transitions from a project and commissioning perspective to a fully operational MRF, we are refocusing our structure and activity across business growth and general operations,” says Layla Shannon, Business Development Director, Sherbourne Recycling. “I’m delighted to be a part of these changes, taking up one of the new director positions, and look forward to working with our partners and potential future partners.”

Shannon and Paradowski previously held different roles with Sherbourne before making the step up to Director. With a combined 35 years’ experience between them, it highlights the strength Sherbourne can offer its partners in processing their dry mixed residential kerbside recycling, at industry-leading purity levels.
